The Environmental Situation in the Republic of Adygea

Abstract

The article examines the current environmental situations in the Republic of Adygea. It is known that the Republic of Adygea is traditionally considered one of the ecologically safe subjects of the Russian Federation. The following factors directly affecting the health of the population of the Republic of Adygea were identified: the state of the population's water supply, the state of the atmospheric air and soils, as well as physical factors of influence. In recent years, trends have emerged in the development of tourism, which will require the development of infrastructure and an increase in the anthropogenic load on the region, and in particular, on natural objects located in protected areas. Involvement of the territory in recreational use will entail "improvement of the territory", that is, the construction of access roads, recreation areas and overnight stays, which in turn will inevitably lead to the partial destruction of unique ecosystems. In this regard, the article discusses issues of compensation, restoration of unique fragments of nature.
