This article investigates the formation of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD) in pump-compressor tubing (PCT) during oil well operation and evaluates methods for preventing their adverse effects on production performance. Analysis of well operation practices demonstrates that ARPD formation is particularly intensive in low-yield, low-water-cut wells where the oil temperature at the wellhead ranges between 28–36 °C, resulting in reduced production efficiency and deterioration of flow conditions. The study aims to analyze the factors influencing ARPD formation and to assess technological approaches for their removal and prevention. Scientific and practical analyses of deposit formation processes, the effect of chemical reagents on stable oil emulsions, and modern cleaning technologies were carried out. The results obtained from studies conducted in Vietnamese oil fields demonstrate that the use of biochemical compositions for removing ARPD from tubing is one of the most effective and promising methods. In addition, treatment of the water-gas-oil mixture with dispersants improves the foaming ability of the liquid system and enhances the efficiency of gas-lift operation, thereby ensuring more stable production, extending equipment service life and reducing energy consumption.
